In Baltimore, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Maryland vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8:30 amβ8 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (443) 208-9699. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 102 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto repair shop in Baltimore and suggests consistent service.
Baltimore is in Maryland, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Baltimore is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Maryland's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, thought it might be a long wait bc there were other cars in front of the lift bay, but they got me in quickly. Great service from the mechanics, they were courteous and communicative. Told me the Groupon didnβt include the oil filter or oil disposal up front and asked for permission to look in the glove box for the key to the rim lock. Also some amazing book stores nearby to help pass the time while you wait.

Hereβs a polished review you can post: Originally, I went to Firestone because I needed a tire replacement. I paid $271 for the tire, but after leaving, I noticed my air pressure was still dropping. I took it back, and Mr. Shawn, the manager, took the tire off and discovered that the rim was cracked. He then referred me to another tire shop. From there, Isaiah absolutely knocked it out of the park! The customer service was tremendous, professional, and fast. He took great care of me and got me safely back on the road. I 100% recommend anyone needing tire services to go see Isaiah β he is the best! Thank you again for taking care of me. I will definitely be back for any personal tire needs moving forward!

I live in PA, came down to visit my cousin and a block away hit a curb hard enough to bust my tire. I called Tires Unlimited and Automotive to ask about tire repair. I know I wouldnβt be able to drive the car there and the frustration of trying to change it myself was daunting. I spoke with Mark, a real person who answered the phone! He was very kind and took my information. He called me back with a couple of options and I chose to go with a used tire. The tire looks great. He came to me, took the tire and rim, put the new one on the rim and came back and put it on. He was quick and very nice. A totally frustrating experience that was made better by his kind demeanor and professionalism. I highly recommend using Tires Unlimited and Automotive Care for your car if you experience a blowout like I did. I was back on the road in no time. Now I know if it happens again when I visit (which it could) I will call Mark. Thanks youβre awesome!

The mechanic ripped and twisted my skid plate when he had to replace the oil and brake fluid. instead of putting it back the way he found it he put the skid plate back damaged, twisted up, and broken. they told me that they can replace the skid plate for $300 b/c they have to order the part and do the work. At this point, I didn't realize the severity of the damage. When I left, I noticed the bottom of the car was now scraping at every bump on the road, every exit off a lot. I called them the next morning and complained that they were the ones who damaged my skid plate. The car was fine before I brought it in. I asked the shop why they put it back damaged and torn instead of putting it back the way they found it. I had to take time out of the next morning just to come in so that they would reshape the skid plate to the shape that it was. I was there for over an hour again. That is sloppy, horrible service. I don't know how they're in business for so long. I don't get how the rating for this shop is so high when I experienced the type of service that I did. My intention coming here was good, to give a small business my business. but I will not be coming back here again. What horrib

0/10 β I would never recommend this shop. These people donβt know the first thing about tires. I ordered a front set of winter tires to be installed, but when they arrived I noticed they looked like summer tires. The label literally said summer tires, but the employees tried to convince me they were winter tires until they called their supplier and confirmed I was right. To make things worse, they reinstalled my old winter tires incorrectly β they put the wider rear wheels on the front and the front wheels on the rear. As soon as I started backing out, I heard a grinding noise. It was my mismounted rear wheels grinding against the front struts. I never thought curb rash could happen on the INSIDE of a wheel, but somehow these fools managed to make that happen. They switched the wheels and gave me a refund, but that doesnβt even begin to cover what would be the cost of a new set of wheels and struts. Finally, the manager repeatedly pressured me to come in earlier than my available time and asked invasive questions about how far from the shop I work and what time I get off, as if my availability was up for negotiation. Completely unprofessional and careless experience from start
